A Look at Hatherly Rise at the Your New Home at Hatherly Rise at the Pinehills

Residents have a choice of seven floorplans in our Fresco and Portico homes at our Hatherly Rise community. You’ll find our California inspired Fresco home models range in size from 1,600 to 2,200 square feet. We offer our Portico condominiums in one or two story designs to match your needs and way of life. All include a farmer’s porch and your own personal courtyard which is ideal for catching a few rays or delighting in a meal with family and friends. Enjoy plenty of natural light streaming into your home thanks to a multitude of windows and the open space floor plan.

Our Portico homes are townhouses from 1,500 to 1,900 square feet with front porches that overlook a garden area and white picket fence. Like the Fresco models, these homes still pack a ton of elements including extra storage space, an open floor plan, and additional living space suitable to use as a guest bedroom or home office.

Explore Your Home Options at the Lanterns at Warren Woods

This neighborhood supplies its residents their own country style meeting house, swimming pool, and miles of walking trails right next to the Ashland Reservoir and Warren Woods. All homes are one floor with the exception of the village 3 section which offers a two-story plan, making this 55+ community ideal for retired and senior residents. Like our Hatherly Rise homes, The Lanterns homes offer plenty of roomy space, a relaxing porch, and extra room to transform into an entertainment area or guest bedroom.

Many of our Hatherly Rise and The Lanterns homes are available right away in move-in condition. All that’s needed is you and your personal belongings!
