Hatherly Rise at the Pinehills

Our Fresco homes, inspired by California style, range from 1,600 to 2,200 square feet. Portico models are available in 1 or 2 story living plans. No matter which size you choose, you’ll find a cozy farmer’s porch in the front and a private rear courtyard for entertaining or unwinding with family and friends. Enjoy plenty of natural light streaming into your home thanks to a multitude of windows and the open space floor plan.

Portico townhouses vary in size from 1,500 to 1,900 square feet and feature a front porch overlooking a fence and garden area. Although marginally smaller, these homes have no shortage of features such as additional living space to use as a guest bedroom or entertainment area, storage areas, and a spacious floor plan.

Explore Your Home Options at the Lanterns at Warren Woods

Overlooking the peaceful Ashland Reservoir and Warren Woods, this community features a swimming pool, country style central meeting house, and walking trails. All residences are one floor with the exception of the village 3 section which offers a two-story plan, making this 55+ community ideal for retired and senior residents. Just like our Hatherly Rise community, homes at The Lanterns deliver plenty of roomy living space, a porch for relaxing, and flexible space for extra storage or whatever your heart desires.
