Our two newest communities, Hatherly Rise at the Pinehills in Plymouth, and The Lanterns at Warren Woods in Ashland, are currently accepting new residents. Here’s a look at what you expect at each one:

A Look at Hatherly Rise at the Pinehills

Choose from one of seven floorplans in our Fresco and Portico homes models that fit your lifestyle at Hatherly Rise. Our California inspired Fresco homes range in size from 1,600 to 2,200 feet. Portico models are available in one or two story living plans. All of our Portico homes come with a front farmer’s porch and private rear courtyard that give you a cozy outdoor space for relaxing or entertaining loved ones and friends. Several windows and plenty of open space invites natural light in throughout these homes.

Portico townhouses range in size from 1,500 to 1,900 square feet and feature a front porch overlooking a fence and garden area. Like the Fresco models, these homes still pack a ton of features including extra storage space, an open floor plan, and additional living space suitable to use as a guest bedroom or home office.

The Lanterns at Warren Woods

Situated right next to the tranquil Ashland Reservoir and Warren Woods area, this community offers residents a pool, miles of walking trails, and central meeting house. All houses are one floor with the exception of the village 3 section which offers a two-story plan, making this 55+ community ideal for retired and senior residents. Just like our Hatherly Rise community, homes at The Lanterns deliver plenty of roomy living space, a porch for relaxing, and flexible space for extra storage or whatever your heart desires.
