Hatherly Rise at the Pinehills

Inhabitants of our Hatherly Rise community have their choice of seven floorplans in our Fresco and Portico home models. Our Fresco homes, inspired by California style, range from 1,600 to 2,200 square feet. Portico models are available in 1 or 2 story living plans. No matter which size you choose, you’ll find a cozy farmer’s porch in the front and a private rear courtyard for entertaining or kicking back with family and friends. Enjoy plenty of natural light streaming into your home thanks to a multitude of windows and the open space floor plan.

Our Portico townhouses give you up to 1,900 square feet of living space in addition to a front porch facing your garden area and white picket fence. Their smaller size is deceiving; like the Fresco models, these homes feature plenty of storage, an open floor plan, and extra living space perfect for a guest bedroom, entertainment area, or home study.

The Lanterns at Warren Woods

This neighborhood provides its residents their own country style meeting house, swimming pool, and miles of walking trails right alongside the Ashland Reservoir and Warren Woods. Our homes here offer one and two-story floor plans, giving you flexibility to choose the right dwelling for your lifestyle and tastes. Homes at The Lanterns share a comparable design with Hatherly Rise homes in that they offer homeowners roomy space to turn into a guest bedroom or entertaining area, and a relaxing front porch.

Several of our homes at Hatherly Rise and The Lanterns are available in move-in condition. All that’s needed is you and your belongings!
