Hatherly Rise at the Pinehills

Our California inspired Fresco homes range in size from 1,600 to 2,200 feet. We offer our Portico homes in one or two story designs to match your needs and lifestyle. All include a farmer’s porch and your own private courtyard which is perfect for catching a few rays or enjoying a meal with family and friends. Enjoy plenty of natural light streaming into your home thanks to a multitude of windows and the open space floor plan.

Our Portico townhouses give you up to 1,900 square feet of living space along with a front porch facing your garden area and white picket fence. Like the Fresco models, these homes still pack a ton of features including extra storage space, an open floor plan, and additional living space suitable to use as a guest bedroom or home office.

The Lanterns at Warren Woods

Overlooking the peaceful Ashland Reservoir and Warren Woods, this neighborhood features a swimming pool, country style central meeting house, and walking trails. Our homes here offer one and two-story floor plans, giving you flexibility to choose the right dwelling for your lifestyle and preferences. Just like our Hatherly Rise community, homes at The Lanterns deliver plenty of roomy living space, a porch for relaxing, and flexible space for extra storage or whatever your heart desires.
