Hatherly Rise at the Pinehills

Choose from one of seven floorplans in our Fresco and Portico homes models that fit your lifestyle at Hatherly Rise. Our Fresco homes, inspired by California style, range from 1,600 to 2,200 square feet. Portico models are available in one or two story living plans. All of our Portico homes come with a front farmer’s porch and private rear courtyard that give you a cozy outdoor space for relaxing or entertaining loved ones and friends. Our homes invite in plenty of natural light thanks to the right amount of windows and open space.

Our Portico homes are townhouses from 1,500 to 1,900 square feet with front porches that overlook a garden area and white picket fence. Although slightly smaller, these homes have no shortage of features such as additional living space to use as a guest bedroom or entertainment area, storage areas, and a roomy floor plan.

Explore Your Home Options at the Lanterns at Warren Woods

Situated right next to the tranquil Ashland Reservoir and Warren Woods area, this community offers residents a pool, miles of walking trails, and central meeting house. All houses are one floor with the exception of the village 3 section which offers a two-story plan, making this 55+ community ideal for retired and senior residents. Homes at The Lanterns share a similar design with Hatherly Rise homes in that they offer homeowners roomy space to turn into a guest bedroom or entertaining area, and a relaxing front porch.

Several of our homes are available now in move-in condition at both communities. All that’s needed is you and your personal belongings!

About Dedham, MA

A Norfolk County town Dedham has a population of 24,729. The Fairbanks House a timber frame house built in Dedham is the oldest surviving one in the USA. It is the town where the seed of American education, the first publicly funded school was established. Mother Brook the first man-made canal was created here. The town set a precedent of separating the state from the church. Dedham pottery created a niche for itself and its crackle glaze was its main feature. It is also called the Mother of Towns. Dedham has featured in many TV series and movies. Anne of Green Gables, The Friends of Eddie Coyle, Discharge and more were filmed here.
