Hatherly Rise at the Pinehills

Our Fresco homes, inspired by California style, range from 1,600 to 2,200 square feet. We offer our Portico homes in one or two story designs to match your needs and lifestyle. All of our Portico homes come with a front farmer’s porch and private rear courtyard that give you a cozy outdoor space for relaxing or entertaining loved ones and friends. Enjoy plenty of natural light streaming into your home thanks to a multitude of windows and the open space floor plan.

Portico townhouses range in size from 1,500 to 1,900 square feet and feature a front porch overlooking a fence and garden area. Like the Fresco models, these homes still pack a ton of features including extra storage space, an open floor plan, and additional living space suitable to use as a guest bedroom or home office.

A Look at the Lanterns at Warren Woods

Situated right next to the tranquil Ashland Reservoir and Warren Woods area, this community offers residents a pool, miles of walking trails, and central meeting house. Our homes here offer one and two-story floor plans, giving you flexibility to choose the right dwelling for your lifestyle and preferences. Homes at The Lanterns share a similar design with Hatherly Rise homes in that they offer homeowners roomy space to turn into a guest bedroom or entertaining area, and a relaxing front porch.

About Randolph, MA

A suburban city of Norfolk County Randolph has a population of 32,158. It was formerly called Cochaiticquom. Later named as Randolph in honor of Peyton Randolph. It was a center for shoemaking where novel and exclusive styles for making shoes took birth. Later it morphed into a residential community with the decline of its shoe industry. It has a large population of the Jewish community. Howard house a hostelry here was the sought after boarding for the night for travelers. Lombardo’s Function Facility making spiral and chandelier staircases was established here. John F Kennedy Elementary School, Blue Hills Technical School, Norfolk County Agricultural High School, and more serve this city. Places of interest here are Houghton Pond, South Street Conservation Area, Ames Nowell State Park, Blue Hills Reservation, and so on.
