Our California inspired Fresco homes range in size from 1,600 to 2,200 feet. We offer our Portico homes in one or two story designs to match your needs and lifestyle. All of our Portico homes come with a front farmer’s porch and private rear courtyard that give you a cozy outdoor space for relaxing or entertaining loved ones and friends. Several windows and plenty of open space invites natural light in throughout these homes.

Portico townhouses range in size from 1,500 to 1,900 square feet and feature a front porch overlooking a fence and garden area. Although slightly smaller, these homes have no shortage of features such as additional living space to use as a guest bedroom or entertainment area, storage areas, and a roomy floor plan.

The Lanterns at Warren Woods

Overlooking the peaceful Ashland Reservoir and Warren Woods, this neighborhood features a swimming pool, country style central meeting house, and walking trails. Our homes here offer one and two-story floor plans, giving you flexibility to choose the right dwelling for your lifestyle and preferences. About Walpole, MA

A Norfolk county town Walpole has a population of 25,073. It was an industrialized town that started with the establishment of several mills. Initially, a few sawmills were set up here. Other mills were paper, lumber, and cotton. The ones industrial town is now a thriving town. It had played a great role in the American revolutionary war. Old Post Road School, Johnson Middle School, Norfolk County Agricultural High School and more are the schools helping impart education here. The town has many athletic fields and parks. There are biking and walking paths built here amidst the grassy meadows. These surrounded by shade trees, groves, and ponds. Tennis and basketball courts here promote active sports participation for the residents. Some places of interest include Bird Park, Patriot Place, Adams Farm, and more.
