Inhabitants of our Hatherly Rise community have their choice of seven floorplans in our Fresco and Portico home models.

You’ll find our California inspired Fresco home models range in size from 1,600 to 2,200 square feet. Our Portico homes are available with one or two stories to fit your desires and lifestyle. All of our Portico homes come with a front farmer’s porch and private rear courtyard that give you a cozy outdoor area for relaxing or entertaining loved ones and friends. Several windows and loads of open space invites natural light in throughout these homes.

Our Portico townhouses offer you up to 1,900 square feet of living space in addition to a front porch facing your garden area and white picket fence. Although slightly smaller, these homes have no shortage of features like additional living space to use as a guest room or entertainment area, storage areas, and a spacious floor plan.

The Lanterns at Warren Woods

Situated right near the tranquil Ashland Reservoir and Warren Woods area, this community offers residents a pool, miles of walking trails, and central meeting house. All houses are one floor with the exception of the village 3 section which offers a two-story plan, making this 55+ community ideal for retired and senior residents. Like our Hatherly Rise homes, The Lanterns homes offer plenty of roomy space, a relaxing porch, and extra room to convert into an entertainment area or guest bedroom.

Several of our homes are ready now in move-in condition at both communities. All you need to bring is your personal belongings!

About Cohasset, MA

Cohasset is a town in Norfolk County, Massachusetts, United States. As of the 2010 census the population was 7,542, and in 2017 the estimated population was 8,516. Captain John Smith first saw the area now known as the town of Cohasset in 1614, when he was exploring the coast of New England. It was first settled in 1670 as a part of Hingham and was called Hingham’s Second Parish. Estimated median household income in 2016: $122,981 (it was $84,156 in 2000). Cohasset is a decidedly white-collar town, with fully 91.26% of the workforce employed in white-collar jobs, well above the national average. Cohasset public schools spend $13,726 per student.
